MINORS must be accompanied by their PARENT, No exception. Any minor coming without their parents must bring with them The NOTARIZED PARENTAL CONSENT FORM from this website. All blanks MUST be completed, do not leave any empty. Make sure it is notarized. Make sure the adult named is with you at sign up. A minor can not sign themselves up.
